There aren't enough good things to say about Erica. Seriously she was very hands on and attentive. My cousin recommended Erica to me. I wasn't even sure I could afford to purchase in LA. As a first-time home buyer, I had an idea of what I wanted and that didn't necessarily match up to my budget. During our first consultation she was able to gather enough information (mind you I wasn't prepared at all) to give me an estimate on what I would be able to afford. She asked me what I was looking for and what neighborhoods I was interested in, and she graciously let the numbers and searches tell me I wasn't being realistic. Even in LA starter neighborhoods cost more than I thought. All that being said she made some great suggestions which then opened up a plethora of options. That first meeting was June 4th, 2015, and by June 12th I had put in my first offer. Its LA I was out bid on the first couple offers. During the search process Erica always had a new place to look at, if I found a place, she looked into it to make sure it was a real listing. I was so green to the house buying process that I didn't know much about the areas of town I could afford, so Erica pulled comps for them and let me just drive around them on my own time. She told me to always keep this in mind "I could change the interior; floors, paint color, kitchens, bathrooms, but I couldn't change the building or the neighbor's house or the block. If I had a particular feeling chance are future buyers would too" with that advice, we were able to eliminate buildings and blocks from the get-go. And I tell friends looking to buy that exact same advice. ALL of that to say we found me a foreclosure condo in Inglewood under budget and move in ready. She held my hand through the mortgage process, and I do mean held my hand. For all the back and forth I thought we went through it didn't even compare to what others I know went through, she sheltered me from a lot of it. I am a few months away from 4-year close date and Erica still checks in on me and not just as a client but as a friend. I can truly say while purchasing a home I gained a friend.

A friend of mine recommended Erica and she was just the agent for us. She had the wheels turning right away. She would pick up any time I called her or would call me back within the hour. She would also reply to emails and text messages right away. Erica was very thorough when explaining the process of home buying, what step we were on and what our options were in different scenarios.
